Heidi has been practising Massage Therapy since 2018 after obtaining her diploma from Mount Royal University in Calgary, AB. After successfully challenging her regulatory board exams, she gained entry-to-practice in British Columbia 3 years later in 2021.

Her approach combines various techniques to promote tension relief, encourage circulation, enhance mobility and alleviate pain. By working closely with an individual's unique needs, she strives to create a personalized treatment plan that supports recovery goals while fostering a safe and nurturing environment. She believes strongly in empowering individuals by educating them about their bodies and prioritizes building strong relationships based on trust and communication.

Outside of work, she is a dedicated practitioner of Iyengar Yoga; her practice helps her maintain a balanced approach to her own body and self, which supports the care she provides to her patients. She also enjoys hiking, camping, road trips, beachcombing, and all things which bring her outside in the fresh air and sunshine.
